Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code. Your name, and anything you add to your profile: a photo, nickname, pronouns, Instagram handle and the crafts you care about.

Contact details you choose to add, such as your phone number, license number and address. Only you can see them.

What you do here: the classes you book, save, join the waitlist for or check in to, the educators you follow, the reviews you leave and the messages you send.

If you teach: your bio and video, your classes, venues and their addresses, and the attendee lists for your classes.

Only if you allow it, the app reads your position, rounded to about a kilometer, to show classes near you. It is used for that search and is not stored.

Stripe processes card payments. We never see or store your card number; we keep what you paid, the fees and any refund.

Your name and photo appear to the educators and classmates of classes you attend. Reviews show your name. Educator profiles and classes are public.

Supabase stores our data and handles sign-in. Resend sends our emails. Mux hosts educator videos. Stripe takes payments. DigitalOcean hosts this website. Apple and Google deliver the app. Each handles your data only to provide its service to us.

You can change your profile at any time in the app. To delete your account and the data tied to it, or to get a copy of it, email support@mentorhaus.app. We act on requests within 30 days.

MentorHaus is for licensed professionals and students, and is not meant for anyone under 16.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters to how your data is used.
